PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE

 If  human is to survive in this world he must be healthy and strong, otherwise, human in the world become a burden for the world, because sick and weak people become a great burden to those who are healthy and strong people in this world. For example, if there are five members in a family and one of the five members of that family is always sick and weak, then that weak person is become a big problem for the other four members of that family, it is the sole duty of everyone in this world to be healthy and strong.



Now it is our duty to know what we must do for him and what path we must take-

We all need to take refuge in preventive health care to stay healthy and strong and always healthy.



Now we will know what preventive health care means:


Preventive health care has increased three times more then just health care, that means we have to cure it before our body gets sick, you never to rely on health to fight the disease, health cannot be restored unless we fight disease. Health means the alignment of body and the mind, if the energy level of the body is in the right way then you are healthy, if the alignment of your body and the mind is not right then you are not healthy, we must be care taken so that the alignment of body and the mind is always correct. For that you need to generate health from the system yourself, you do not have to rely on health, this is called PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE.




Survey and research have shown that, if a family take refuge in preventive health care, then the cost of the health care for the entire life of this family will be saved by 133 times.

For example, if a family's health care cost is 100000 rupees a year, if this family take preventive health care then the cost will be only 752 rupees per year, this calculation is according to survey and research.



Ways to maintains a healthy  health:

Keeping the body healthy is called health, to keep the body healthy one has to follow proper rules and it healthy foods, various harmful germs enter the human body in various ways and cause many diseases, for which the body becomes sick and weak, so it is necessary to take various healthy foods. To stay healthy, some rules are discussed below...

1. If you want to keep your body healthy, you should spend some time in the open air every morning and evening and wake up early in the morning before sunrise. Sleep should not be more than eight hours per day, sleep should be six to eight hours per day, sleep less or more becomes harmful.


2. The house where you live should have plenty of light and air, light and air are essential for people. The surroundings of the house should be kept clean, so that air is not polluted, clothing, bedding and useful things should always be kept clean, the mind will always be cheerful.


3. It is necessary to rest at least half an hour after eating at noon, it is not advisable to sleep immediately after eating at night, one should take a little walk after eating at night. Sleeping between  nine and ten at night is very beneficial for health.


4. Bath should be taken daily, if there is a particular disease then drop can be given.


5. Labor is very beneficial for the body, but labor should not be more than seven to eight hours, labor requires proper foods and rest. Those who do more mental works they should do some particular exercise like jogging, walking and swimming etc.


6. Every day which the stool needs to be cleaned, if there is constipation, then eating foods that clean the stool like fruits, vegetables etc. will makes proper stool.






7. Drinking water should be pure and clean, the mouth of the vessel that will contain water should always be covered.


8. Always keep your mind light, don't sit upset, it damages your body, for that, every day you need to play sports, play music and talk with your friends.


9. It is better to eat at a certain time every day, irregular eating is very harmful for the body, so always try to eat at a certain time.


10. It is not good to eat excess foods in old age, it is necessary to eat in proper quantity.
