According to medical data, there are 13 (thirteen) essential vitamins for human.

Tomatoes,  beets,  spinach,  carrots,  red potatoes,  cauliflowers,  cabbage,  ripe mango,  ripe papayas etc. are contain some amounts of  vitamin  A.


VITAMIN  B  VEGETABLES AND FRUITS:
Peas,  soybeans,  peanuts,  tomatoes,  coconuts,  mangoes,  spinach,  turnip,  broccoli,  etc. are contain some amounts of this vitamin B  


VITAMIN  C  VEGETABLES AND FRUITS:
Oranges,  lemons,  pineapples,  watermelons,  bananas,  cucumbers,  onions,  spinach,  cabbage,  etc. are contain some amounts of vitamin C  .




VITAMIN D  VEGETABLES AND FRUITS:
Banana,  banana is a great source of magnesium, white beans, soybeans, mushrooms, oil etc. are contain some amounts of vitamin D.                                                                                          


Vitamin  D  is also made by applying oil on the skin in the     morning sun, only 15 minutes weekly 3 to 4 times.

Milk, banana, coconut, Rice, etc. are contain some amounts of vitamin  E .
