Every person in this world wants to be stay healthy and strong all the time,no one wants to be sick.Therefore to stay healthy and strong life should revolve around the preventive health care.Then it will be possible to stay healthy and strong for the whole life, that is to live healthy for the whole life.If I live sick and weak in this world,definitely I will not like yourself first,so it is very important to stay healthy and strong in this world.If one person in a family is always sick and weak,then this person become a burden in that family.Preventive health care has increased three times more then just health care, that means we have to cure it before our body gets sick, you never to rely on health to fight the disease, health cannot be restored unless we fight disease. Health means the alignment of body and the mind, if the energy level of the body is in the right way then you are healthy, if the alignment of your body and the mind is not right then you are not healthy, we must be care taken so that the alignment of body and the mind is always correct.
